Learn how to choose between the Silhouette Collection and Exclusive Designs for your custom magnet favors. Practical decision rules for bridal showers, baby showers, and weddings.
Quick answer
For soft, classic aesthetics and customizable text, choose the Silhouette Collection. For unique, high-quality designs you won't find elsewhere, go with the Exclusive Designs.
Silhouette Collection vs. Exclusive Designs: What's the difference?
The Silhouette Collection features soft colors and simple, charming designs that work well for both bridal and baby showers. They come with customizable text and dates, making them a practical keepsake for guests.
The Exclusive Designs line offers unique, high-quality artwork you can't find at other stores. These are a stronger choice if you want your magnet favors to stand out and feel truly one-of-a-kind.
Price and value considerations
At $0.84 per magnet (compared to $1.20), the Exclusive Designs are the more budget-friendly option while still offering premium artwork. The Silhouette Collection costs $0.91 per magnet (compared to $1.40), so both represent good value compared to their list prices.
If you're ordering a large quantity, even a few cents per favor adds up. The Exclusive Designs give you a lower per-unit cost without sacrificing design quality.
Decision rules for choosing your magnet favors
- Event type: Bridal shower or baby shower? The Silhouette Collection's soft colors and simple designs fit both. For a wedding reception or engagement party, the Exclusive Designs offer a more unique look.
- Design uniqueness: If you want something guests have never seen before, pick the Exclusive Designs. If you prefer a traditional, universally appealing look, the Silhouette Collection is a safer bet.
- Customization needs: Both options allow personalization, but the Silhouette Collection emphasizes customizable text and dates. If that's your priority, start there. Check the available text fields and character limits before finalizing your design.
- Budget per favor: The Exclusive Designs cost $0.84 each, while the Silhouette Collection is $0.91 each. For 100 favors, the difference is $7.00.
