Baby Tea and Coffee Favors: How to Choose and Display Them

Start with the drink, not the display

Tea and coffee favors look similar on a table, but they ask different things of you before the shower. One needs assembly, one does not, and their minimums differ. Choose the drink first, then build the display around what actually arrives.

All three options below are edible baby shower favors in the Coffee & Teas category, and each can be personalized. The records do not list ingredients, allergens, or brewing instructions, so if guests have dietary restrictions, check the packaging or contact the store before ordering rather than assuming.

Three favors, three levels of effort

• Personalized Baby Tea Favor (1831379): A single tea bag favor measuring 2.5" w x 3" h, with many designs and three text lines (30, 25, and 25 characters). Assembly is required, and the minimum with personalization is 24. At $0.67 each against a $1.00 comparison price, it is the lowest-cost route to a personalized tea favor.
• Personalized Exclusive Baby Coffee Favor (1831381): Ground coffee in white packaging with a variety of designs, 4.5" w x 6" h. Each packet makes at least 8–10 individual cups, and no assembly is required. The minimum with personalization is 24. At $1.56 each against a $2.40 comparison price, it carries the highest unit cost of the three.
• Personalized Tea Drink Mix Favors (1831383): Traditional black tea bags sealed in white gloss foil envelopes, 2.5" w x 3" h. Personalization uses two lines of text on the product description and three lines in the details, with many designs. Some customer assembly is required, and the minimum with personalization is 30. At $0.69 each against a $1.00 comparison price, it sits between the other two.

What the records confirm before you order

• Personalized Baby Tea Favor (Many Designs Available): Minimum quantity with personalization: 24; assembly required: yes. If your guest list is under two dozen, this favor forces you to order extras or choose a different option.

• Personalized Exclusive Baby Coffee Favor (Many Designs Available): Assembly required: no; each packet is good for at least 8–10 individual cups of coffee. This is the lowest-effort option on the table, and the cup yield helps you judge whether one packet per guest feels generous.

• Personalized Tea Drink Mix Favors (Many Designs Available): Minimum quantity with personalization: 30; some customer assembly required. The higher minimum and the assembly step make this a better fit for larger showers where you have help setting up.

Build the favor table in four passes

A favor table works when guests can see what they are taking and you can see what is running low. Set it up in this order so the display follows the product you chose.

1. 1. Count and confirm the minimum: Match your guest count to the personalized minimums: 24 for the baby tea favor and the coffee favor, 30 for the tea drink mix favors. Order for confirmed guests, not invitations sent.
2. 2. Assemble before the venue: The baby tea favor and tea drink mix favors require assembly; the coffee favor does not. Assemble at home where you have space, and keep assembled favors in their sealed packaging until the table is set.
3. 3. Group by design, not by pile: All three products offer many designs. If you ordered more than one design, separate them into visible groups so guests can pick a favorite instead of digging through a mixed basket.
4. 4. Leave a clear pickup point: Place the favors at the end of the table or on a separate small table near the exit, with a short sign. The records do not include display stands or signage, so plan those separately.

Display ideas that suit tea and coffee favors

• Tea station: Set the 2.5" x 3" tea favors in shallow trays or baskets by design, with a small sign reading “Take a tea for the road.” The compact size keeps the table from looking crowded.
• Coffee bar corner: The coffee packets are 4.5" w x 6" h, so they need more room. Stand them upright in rows or lay them flat in a single layer so the personalized text faces the guest.
• Mixed edible favor table: If you combine tea and coffee favors, keep them on separate sides of the table with a divider or a gap. Guests with a preference can choose without handling both.
• Foil packet basket: The tea drink mix favors come in white gloss foil envelopes. A simple white or kraft basket lets the foil and personalized labels stand out without extra decoration.

Shipping and assembly timing

Rush Service ($15) applies to orders received on a normal business day before 1pm EST and ships the next business day. The store states that shipping time does not include transit time, so choose 2 Day Air, Ground, or another method that matches your shower date. Build in time for assembly after the boxes arrive, especially for the tea favor and tea drink mix favors.

The records do not confirm ingredients, allergens, shelf life, or brewing instructions for any of these products. If those details matter for your guests, verify them with the store before you order rather than relying on the product name.
